i was awfully underwhelmed by this hotel. the room had a crack in the window, and the bedside lamp was out—how quaint. i also expected some complimentary teas or even an upgrade, but alas, nothing. The fitness room was stuffed with linens. clearly, they have no regard for guest comfort. i almost gave it a good review, but just couldn’t.
